How It Works

We offer a very consultative approach to our international clients. We will provide the required employment model and solution based on the requirement at hand. Once we have quoted and provided the necessary salary calculations, our in-country partners will engage our clients staff as employees. EOR Partners’ will invoice for salaries and pay the employees accordingly.

Through EOR Partners, you will have access to our network of experienced partners who act as the Employer of Record becoming the in-country employer of the staff

Local Country Compliance

The employment is structured to meet all host country requirements for statutory entitlements including termination, probation, leave and benefits

Global Mobility Consulting

Consulting services around compliance, policy development, taxes, immigration, HHG shipments, and employment options.

Global Income Tax

EOR Partners’ handle tax and social security deductions along with any other remittances and all communication and reporting to official bodies.

Global Immigration Support

EOR Partners will assist with sponsorship and work visas as required for client employees and their dependents.

Global Corporate Housing Coordination

If short term housing is needed, EOR Partner can coordinate in-country options in a matter of days.

Global Payroll

All aspects of in country payroll are administered on behalf of the client
