With over a decade of experience in the Employer of Record (EOR) and contractor management space, Campbell Curtis brings deep expertise in international payroll, tax compliance, immigration, and global mobility. His strong background in sales, marketing, and business development has helped establish a trusted global network of 80+ EOR/PEO partner relationships.
Campbell excels at bridging the gap between corporate client needs and best-fit global services and solutions. Originally from South Africa, he has built his career across several countries, including Europe and the Americas, and brings a truly international perspective to the business.
Jason Exley
Co-founder
Jason Exley is a global human resources professional based in Denver, CO. He has been in the global human resources/relocation/mobility industry for twenty plus years having worked on both the corporate and service provider sides. Jason thrives in the areas of global relocation, expansion, immigration, and taxation.
Jason holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification, GMS, GRP and is certified in Six Sigma methodologies holding both a Yellow and Green Belt. He received his college degree in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. Jason is a globetrotter having travelled and/or worked in more than 25 countries on 5 continents
Jennifer Henne
Engagement Manager
Jennifer brings over two decades of global HR and mobility experience across Germany, the US, and the UK. With a strong background in international employment, benefits, immigration, and payroll compliance, she has supported multinational companies and government contractors in navigating complex cross- border workforce challenges. She established herself as a respected international HR subject-matter expert in the US defence contracting space, supporting business development on international contract proposals and subsequent deployment of resources as a Global Mobility expert. Over the past 8 years, Jennifer has focused on Employer of Record solutions, helping clients expand globally while avoiding costly compliance missteps.
Jennifer holds an MBA in HR Management & International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago and is based in Washington, DC.
Lucas Spagnuolo

Lucas Spagnuolo is a global consultant helping companies scale through strategic Employment of Record (EOR) solutions and cross-border talent deployment. With over 10 years of experience advising corporations across Canada, the USA, and Europe, he supports organizations in globalizing both their workforce and IT engineering services—without the need to establish local entities. His expertise spans advisory and solutions consultation in IT delivery, digital operations, and international workforce strategy, aligning hiring models with business execution goals.
Originally from Canada and now based in Europe, Lucas brings a practical, people- first approach shaped by his background in business, competitive sports, and a passion for travel and the outdoors. Known for his integrity and collaborative style, he is a trusted advisor to companies navigating global growth and operational expansion.
