Co-founder/Director
Campbell has over 10 years’ experience in the Employer of Record and Contractor Management industry. He has in-depth knowledge of international payroll, tax solutions, immigration, and global mobility services. Campbell is skilled in sales & marketing and business management and has established a vast resource of 80 + PEO/EOR business partner relationships worldwide. His strengths are aligning corporate client requirements with respective global service providers. Campbell is South African born having spent most of his professional career in London amongst other countries.
Jason Exley
Co-founder
Jason Exley is a global human resources professional based in Denver, CO. He has been in the global human resources/relocation/mobility industry for twenty plus years having worked on both the corporate and service provider sides. Jason thrives in the areas of global relocation, expansion, immigration, and taxation.
Jason holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification, GMS, GRP and is certified in Six Sigma methodologies holding both a Yellow and Green Belt. He received his college degree in Human Resource Management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. Jason is a globetrotter having traveled and/or worked in more than 25 countries on 5 continents
Jennifer Henne
Engagement Manager
Jennifer Henne is passionate about providing subject-matter expertise to develop win-win solutions to resolve international employment challenges. Jennifer began her HR career in Germany, ultimately advancing to Global Mobility management roles in the US, Germany and the UK for large global companies. Upon returning to the US, she established herself as a respected international HR subject-matter expert in the US defense contracting space, supporting business development on international contract proposals and subsequent deployment of resources as a Global Mobility expert. Most recently, she has spent the last 4 years supporting Clients with Employer of Record needs. Her knowledge of best practices of international employment, benefits, immigration and payroll tax requirements have saved her companies/clients millions of dollars over the years.
Jennifer has held certification as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and received an MBA in Human Resource Management/International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago. She is based in Washington DC.
