Annual Leave
Employees in Turkey are entitled to paid annual leave based on their length of service:
- 1 to 5 years of service: 14 days
- 5 to 15 years of service: 20 days
- More than 15 years of service: 26 days
Sick Leave
Employees are entitled to sick leave based on medical reports provided by healthcare institutions. During sick leave, the Social Security Institution (SGK) provides a portion of the employee’s salary.
